Windows 11 24H2 OS Build 26100.2605
There are 2 PC's in this subject.
My personal PC and one used as a File Server and occasional web browsing.
On my PC I save passwords within Edge my Browser.
On my File Server I can't do that if I try I get the message.

Going in to Change settings: I see this screen. However, I'm unable to change the settings.

Even when I manually add a site - it gets removed.

My normal PC doesn't have this problem.

Help would be appreciated.

The 12TB drives use Stablebit Drivepool :)
You can remove Edge policies, but note, that it will most likely reset all your current settings. The question is, what set those, AV?
Code:
reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /f

I tried the links but frankly didn't understand them.
I just installed Firefox - no more problems with passwords.
Sometimes MS is just to clever for their customers.
