youtube audio goes off and on repeatedly

This only happened since yesterday and continues to today. when watching anything on youtube, the audio suddenly goes off and silence while the video goes on and its like watching a silent move then after a while it comes back on again then off and so on. I tried 2 different browsers, same thing.

It seems like maybe its a bug in the windows update ? but my last major update was in October, no issues until yesterday. Wondering if anyone else is facing the same issue, and do we wait until a bug fix ?

Try installing the newest audio driver from manufacturer website.
