I avoid using Windows Troubleshooter at all times. Most of the times as @glasskuter has mentioned, most of which are deprecated and rarely if ever gives me a viable solution. For uninstallation issues, if that's what you're looking for, I recommend using Revo uninstaller as that a lot of times...

I found that Microsoft Edge was corrupted on my PC, and I remembered having issues with it opening and running slow awhile back. I never really fixed it, because I rarely use Edge to begin with - so I forgot all about it over time. SFC and DISM didn't help me either, so I ended up uninstalling...

Okay, so apparently I solved my issue with Sandbox. Apparently at some point Microsoft Edge became disabled....I was able to fix the corruption with SFC and DISM commands and now Sandbox functions properly. So all is good now.
