I can run 24H2 on my VirtualBox VM that doesn't even have a TPM (I used a workaround to install it) but it does run.
I *hope* secure boot doesn't become a requirement

They downloaded from Windows store yesterday (I know what Cross device is, but the other two in the pic?)
I wonder if MS sent it by mistake, or if it's part of something else that's coming which needs these components.
I've only ever had the cumulative updates for .Net framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 during regular Windows updates - this thing is completely new to me
I always thought an in-place upgrade writes a new base Windows image to the disk, then during the second phase after restarting, copies all the existing files/programs to the new Windows folder?
During a failed upgrade I've seen a NewOS folder containing the Windows image.
