It was my understanding that CFR was not being used on Experimental so all new features should be there for everyone

I thought MS had stopped using CFR for experimental builds? If that's the case why do the new features need Vivetool to enable them? The features are either there or not!

It won't, RP is basically an early release of Public version. I run RP and it has no expiry date

Yes I'm on RP with the latest public build.

26300.9032 was an in-place upgrade from the previous build, windows.old folder was created.

26300 will go to Beta/RP/Public, then 26340 will be the Experimental.
