I have decided to live with the slightly smaller font than desired on the dialog box. I could make it larger by painstaking trial & error, but that makes big changes in many other places. So, I am now done with it. Thank you all for trying to help me.

I thought your post could be a solution of my problem. Then, do you mean the font size I am seeing is normal?

@glasskuter Thanks for your post. I tried the Advanced System Font Changer, but the font size of the dialogue box, as I posted above, did not change. I selected the #4 profile and applied it. I wonder what I did wrong. I would appreciate your further assistance.

I adjusted the font size from Display Settings --> Scale and adjusted % for Scale. Following the reference above, I tried adjusting the text size by setting it to max or min, but the text size in the dialogue did not change. Any suggestion is appreciated.

I have been using a third-party utility to add a start menu for W8 and W10 but found that UI changes for W11 are much more extensive. At this point, I decided to evaluate the new UI for W11 and try to learn and get used to it, exercising which may help maintain my mental health:-). Thank you...

Could you share the name of the utility?

A screenshot as shown below is very different from that for W10 or any previous ones. Can it be changed? I tried that but could not make it like W10.
