  1. Solved Logitech's Onboard Memory Manager refuses to open.

Update: Wait so it was a C++ Redistributable problem? Always has been. So basically, I installed G-HUB. OMM Worked after that. As KevTech guessed. Then I got curious, what did the installation of G-HUB do that allowed OMM to work. I looked that the logs and wow... So I uninstall G-Hub and the...
  2. Solved Logitech's Onboard Memory Manager refuses to open.

I've done so several times. No. But I don't think I've ever had to to get it working. But at this point I'm willing to try anything so I'll install G-HUB and see what happens.
  3. Solved Logitech's Onboard Memory Manager refuses to open.

Update: Ok, so the problem may not be Windows, of maybe it is. I don't know anymore. So I had a Windows 10 USB laying around (My laptop came with W10) so I decided to install it and what do you know... Onboard Memory Manager still doesn't launch. A whole OS downgrade. At this point, It has to be...
  4. Solved Logitech's Onboard Memory Manager refuses to open.

I'm starting to believe that that is the case. I was working correctly in 23H2. It was only after a clean install of 24H2 (Via USB) that I am running into this issue.
  5. Solved Logitech's Onboard Memory Manager refuses to open.

What the title says. Whenever I try to launch the application, the loading circle appears next to my cursor and then goes away. No error dialogs or anything indicating that theres a prolem. I then spent hours googling for answers only to find none. A while later I opened Reliability Veiwer to...
  6. Solved Volume Adjuster not working after 24H2 update.

I figured that it was a driver issue. The thing was, when I went to look for compatible drivers. The only ones I saw (for my machine at least) where the ones I already had installed. Same version number and everything. I even reinstalled them, as stated in the first post. Now about what you...
  7. Solved Volume Adjuster not working after 24H2 update.

Rather than hide, I'll just ignore it for some time. It's vague, but something like this happened to me before. I downgraded, waited some time, then upgraded and the issue did not re-appear. I'll try that again this time, but thanks anyway.
  8. Solved Volume Adjuster not working after 24H2 update.

All right, I went ahead and hit the nuclear option and rolled back to build 22631.4460 (Settings>System>Recovery>Recovery Options>Go Back). As I predicted, if fix the volume slider issue. So for now, I'll mark this issue as solved. But I'll note that this appears to be isolated to the 24H2 update.
  9. Solved Volume Adjuster not working after 24H2 update.

Thanks for the reply. Had the chance to try what you said. But it would appear that audio is not available when in safe mode. Any other suggestions?
  10. Solved Volume Adjuster not working after 24H2 update.

No matter where I set the volume on the slider, the actual volume will always play at max. This problem only appears to be present with the laptop's built-in speakers, as the volume slider works correctly with audio devices connected externally via USB (Sennheiser Headphones & Plantronics...

  12. Solved Is it safe to delete registry entries under "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\"?

I do know the name and found some entries for it. So it's safe to delete this key?
  13. Solved Is it safe to delete registry entries under "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\"?

What the subject says. For context, I am trying to remove remnants of an old program I had uninstalled. I am aware of what the registry is and that mistakes made there could brick my PC/OS.
  14. Startup Concerns/Issues

Yes, I have it enabled and set to the default sound. I have never used a custom tune as I kind of like the default one.
  15. Startup Concerns/Issues

Getting straight to the point, whenever I start up my laptop... It does not play the Windows 11 startup sound; it just remains silent. (Started very recently) When it reaches the lock screen, the UI appears as normal, disappears for about 1-2 seconds, then reapers. (Has been the case since my...
