One of mine did the same thing after sitting at 62.x% for an hour. Did the same on previous builds. When it seems like it's stuck, it's actually being repaired (for sfc) or restored (for cleanup image). Why it's always 62.x%, who knows?

Downloading update on 3 computers. Some you have to click "Install All". Others are installed automatically without clicking. All 3 are on the same revision. It's been doing this forever.
