- was that originally a MS account, or a local account? (By default, Win 11 insists on you using a MS account when you install it.
I ask as you now mention a local account, suggesting you may have at least 2 user accounts on your PC.

Good- with Open Shell you have a lot of freedom - you can place folders with shortcuts to pretty much anything and create your own folders to files or other folders if you wish.
Example with just one Store app shortcut:
See 'Store Apps' under 'Programs' containing Print 3D.
a. create new folder on Desktop. E.g. name it Store apps.
b. drag all shortcuts from Apps as shown by Open shell to Store apps.
