Is there anyway to restore from txt file and not a cmo file ?

Yeah i am so mad. I thought I backed up my bios but apparently it was a txt file and i had to do the cmo file ? Then it reverted armory crate on and when i turned on my pc it put asusupdatecheck.exe on my pc -.- there should be a cleanup tool to REMOVE those files and registry stuff even after...

So the one on the rog strix z590 is older? May I ask why it says 2411v2? and also can I go about upgrading my bios now? Since I have the one you uploaded in July? I just wanna make sure it's the newest is all.. & can I skip bios versions? Like 1701 to 1903? & skip downloading install 1801.

I am having an issue with booting into windows on a cloned drive the cloned drive is a sata SSD it's a WDC drive. I noticed when I turn off RST in my bios it works with AHCI but when I turn on rapid storage it doesn't work . I am not sure if this is because I have the most recent SATA drivers...
