That is a very good point and I have wondered the same thing. In he UEFI I have scoured to see but the only time I see in there is set to 1 already but still stays at 30. The only other thing is to turn on fast boot but that has consquences.
I appreciate the response and not to be a jerk but as I said in my post that is precisely what I have been doing. I even posted the bcdedit /enum. I have tried MSConfig more times than I can count. Using both BCDEdit and the gui of msconfig. I have tried plethora of times. As you can see in my...

I have been trying to get the delay in which Windows sits at startup with the f2/del boot choice, f8 for this, f11 for that menu. No matter what I do it never changes from 30 seconds. I have changed it in the Computer Configuration tool to various numbers. I have used BCDedit /timeout function...
OK OK Sorry for the delay with update. and THANK YOU to each of you for your replies. NI am on the cusp of wanting to wipe everything and start over fresh. or just set fire to the whole machine and hit it with a hammer at the same time but just the thought of either option gives me very real...
So I have been trying to figure out why when I restart my PC just sits and the boot screen with the loading animation just spinning forever. When I do a total shutdown and cold boot it works fine. I know this can be a complicated issue, especially with limited information. So Im fully willing to...
Thank you to each of you for the support. I feel kinda dumb that I didn't do the CMOS before bothering you guys. I should have known. I built the damn thing from scratch so it isn't like pulling the gpu to get to the CMOS is an intense undertaking. Anyway, I still have the boot screens popping...
So I pulled the GPU andnran through the steps.
So I pulled the GPU to get to the cmos and the ran through the procedure. After doing so my I was able to use the keyboard during the boot process. However, I am still getting the same screen only now I am able to hit submit and it brings up...
I had that thought but was wanting to exhaust all other options first because the cmos is directly behind my GPU and didn't want to take it out but it is looking like I will have to try.
I got one and plugged it in on every usb and still Nothing. The caps lock /numlocl buttons don't even light up so I guess they aren't getting power. Just to make sure I plugged it into my laptop and it came right on.
If I could get the keyboard to work, is this screen something that will resolve itself or is it likely more drastic. I have seen a lot of screens over the years but this is a new one.
All of the sudden I am getting this screen immidiately after powering on. My keyboard won't respond so pressing enter or esc doesn't accomplish anything. When I boot it comes up so quickly that I can't get the enter UEFI or Boot Menu commands to register. Possibly due to fast boot perhaps but I...
