Dual boot setup. Windows 11 and Windows 11 Dev. Chipset Driver won't install in win 11 but will install in win 11 Dev. As the hardware is the same for both OSes it leads me to believe the problem is with Windows 11.
I have an asus prime b560m-a. I clean installed windows 11 the Microsoft USB route. Using the Asus CD I tried to install the chipset driver however the pc just kept rebooting. Same with the Intel installer.
I used VisualBCD to change the OS listing and msconfig to set the default. It comes up in the black and white menu. Both boot immediately they are selected.
