If you don't want to open your GPU settings to change the Gamma the only way is to buy a calibration tool like the Datacolor Spyder X or something like it, so you can create different profiles and recall them from it's software.
Hello Boatzen, the default gamma value of your graphic card is the one supposed to be use, if you did some adjustment and you don't like the result just go to your gpu panel and set it back to default; if you don't have a properly calibrated monitor, you shouldn't change default settings.

Hello Defuse, I could be wrong but after taking a look at the specs of your system, if the problem is not the GPU itself, i have the feeling that your issue could be related to your PSU, I think that 650W may not be enough to power your hardware properly.
