Maybe some have noticed... merely having an opinion other than approved official ones will ding your 'social' score. Brought to you by 10 years of "unless you have something to hide....".
The point is, the existence of these other search engines was based upon "your privacy matters". It doesn't...
The flicker issue when using desktop slideshow background is still there. I guess there are not many using it, as it is practically non existent in feedback hub, other than me and 1 or 2 others.
You still have to double click the "all apps" or "power" button on the Start menu on first use...
My Dell monitor does this too. Some monitors (like mine) will grey out the setting to turn USB power on /off if certain settings are used, so the USB will stay on.
BTW, It will not do any good to change power management settings for USB in device manager or in power profile settings.

What about app permissions, startup apps, privacy settings, apps that can access the internet...? I know you uninstalled it, but obviously there is a trace somewhere.

Things I personally would try - Reinstall the Wallpaper Studio, switch all settings back to normal, if possible, then uninstall it with Revo or Geek Uninstaller. Each is pretty good at tracking down registry entries left behind vs windows uninstallation settings...

I decided to clean install W10 which of course deleted the dual boot menu.
bcdedit only showed the windows 10...

Is this the same as "Realtek Audio Control"? If so, I can confirm I have it from ASUS for my z590 on windows 11
BTW I am still using my Logitech Z2200 2.1 THX speakers that I bought in 2005 and they still sound incredible. Not surround of course, but even the THX spatial demo sounded pretty good.

I totally get the frustration from the OP. User experience is a huge factor.
I skipped Millennium, Vista (though I had to use it on a work machine - it was torture), and 8. I had 8.1 on a laptop for about two days before I upgraded it to 7. It was...
