yes i dont understand it either, its worked fine for 4 or 5 years, but soon as i install 11, no chance. maybe 11 dont recognise it, or its not compatible, i dont know im just using it as a charger at the minute

yes to all above, i use driverbooster etc, different outlet, different usb port, everything. like i stated soon as i got new hub everythings fine

just noticed 1 of my external hdd is showing as a CD drive, if i click on it it asks for a disc inserting? any help appreciated

yes ive tried extra usb ports and still the same. its a mains powered hub and i get the green lights for each usb connected to the hub when the pc is booting up, then soon as i log in the green lights go out, then the error message as stated above

no its connected directly into back of pc into usb2 port
