I have Microsoft 365 on Windows 11. In Outlook I don't have a 'Junk mail' folder, but I have two folders called Bulk and Bulk Mail folder. 1. What are Bulk and Bulk Mail folders used for? 2. How do you mark an email as Junk so that it doesn't go in the Inbox when it's received?

I was able to find it in my online account. Now I just have to figure out how to download it to my local drive. It got to OneDrive somehow which I can see on my laptop, but when I click the notebook, a browser window opens which takes me to OneDriveLive.

On my work computer, after I use the Snipping Tool, it doesn't minimize. They use Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bit OS. Maybe there is something about Windows 10 Enterprise that prevents the Snipping Tool from being minimized?

After I take a screenshot, the Snipping Tool automatically minimizes. I would like to prevent this and have it still showing after I take a screen clipping. I already tried resetting and everything then rebooting and that's not working. Any suggestions?
