A yellow highlighter extension that actually works

When I try to download an Edge compatible yellow highlighter extension either the download gets interrupted or if it does get installed, when I use the highlighter it doesn't work.

Does anybody know of any yellow highlighter extensions that actually work? At this point I am willing to consider something that is 3rd party.

I tried that one, showed it on my toolbar. I clicked on it, then highlighted text and I got this:

After highlighting it doesn't work. Looks like you have to donate. Maybe I'm using this wrong.
