Both XBOX and STEAM report not being connected to the Internet since I did the clean install. Both have access through Windows Firewall. I am connected with an ethernet cable

At the moment my laptop is being detected but not not my desktop PC as the desktop PC was used originally with XBOX/Microsoft Store this is a problem. I don't now how to remove the laptop or at least make the desktop the primary device.
