The font size issue caused by StartAllBack has been fixed in StartAllBack 3.6.6 : StartAllBack for Windows 11 on msfn.org

I was using StartAllBack 3.6.3 Just installed 3.6.2; so far so good; the titles are back to normal Thank you very much !

May be related to a file handler; check this post File Explorer slow accessing system folders . Also disabling the 'Automatic Folder Type Discovery' with WinSetView can help too.

I had a similar problem with File Explorer for months; whenever I left or right clicked on a multimedia file, there was a 1 to 5 seconds delay (Windows 11 22H2, Asus ROG Maximus XIII Hero, i7-11700K, 2x 1TB Samsung 980 Pro NVME). The problem disappeared after I disabled these 4 file handlers...
