Hi guys, after downloading the Win11 ISO from Microsoft and creating a bootable USB via Rufus, I unfortunately still encountered the same issue. Looks like the workaround for now is still the Win10 MCT then in-place upgrade. Thank you both for trying to help. Cheers!

Hi @glasskuter , this is indeed a viable next step and will try that next. Yup, I created the installation media (multiple times as well) using my other HP Omen 16 that is itself on Win11 Home 23H2.
