Hey folks,
I created the latest bootable USB via the Media Creation Tool (MCT) - Download Windows 11

However, I am suddenly encountering above issue in all the Ryzen-based devices I have:
I am familiar with the RST issue in Intel 11g but I have not encountered this issue before on my Ryzen devices before. I have also not changed any of the BIOS config since the last successfull Win11 fresh install.
Still without making changes to the BIOS, a workaround I found is to create a Win10 bootable USB instead. It detected all drives no problem and was able to initiate the Win10 installation.
The issue has also been popping up in reddit recently and in this case, an ASUS mobo with AMD is also involved.

- HP Omen 15 (Ryzen 7 4800H)

- Is this a rather "new" issue with the latest Win11 MCT on AMD (what Win11 build is it)? I have doubts on the RAID assumption as suggested by some in reddit due to Win10 detecting the drives just fine. Anyone who knows more, please feel free to share your thoughts here.
- As a (hopefully) better workaround, may someone be able to point me to a safe download of Win11 22H2/23H2 and your tried-and-tested tool to create a bootable USB? I have only ever used MCT for USB installers. It is a bit more convenient to fresh install using an older Win11 than use Win10 and upgrade.
