I believe I figured it out. I am using a 4K 32" monitor at 175% scaling. The "recommended" scaling is 150% and when I select this, those blurry arrows are no longer blurry. I don't when this started to happen, but I just noticed this today. The dropdown arrows on the left side are all blurry. Everything else in Task Manager is sharp though. It's just these arrows that look a bit weird. Anybody know what would cause only these arrows to look blurry like this?

There is no other button to show all details. There is only two buttons when deleting: yes and no. As you can see in the screenshot, there is nothing else.

No, I haven't tried that. But the thing is, it happens randomly, so it is very difficult to replicate it. I'll try doing that thing with the Recycle Bin properties though.

Default sleep? You mean when does my PC go to sleep? I set it to never. I prefer to manually put it to sleep, that's why I set the Power Button as sleep. My monitor doesn't timeout either. It is just set to sleep in 5 minutes through Windows.
