my laptop has 8 gb of ram. So basically it got 2x4gb ram sticks? do you think I can expand that 4 gb ram stick that is not soldered to the motherboard? Lets see in 2 weeks what the issue will be, hopefully they will tell me what the issue/s is/are. thanks

I didnt test the ram, I cant open the laptop cause warrancy and also the errors I was getting during its lifetime, googling, are addressing all to the same issue " ram issues or hdd". I deleted the partitions to have a new single allocation
