    It's most likely in the software that was installed for the monitor. See if you can find the software that is installed regarding the monitor that you added.

    Double check to make sure your other computer has all the stated requirements. Example: Make sure you have at least 25 GB of SSD drive space ...and so on for the rest of the requirements.

    Try to boot into Safe Mode (with internet), and try to log in using the methods you mentioned above.

    From time to time again, every now and then, I get that same "Signed in too many times with an incorrect password" error. It tends to stop bugging me when I try to log in using the correct password a few times. I never try logging in from anywhere else, and my email address is unique. I think...

    Both folders probably have at least one file in there that's lagging them. Try splitting the artists/albums separately into folders, and see if you can narrow it down.

    Keep doing that process with the laggy folder: Make two folders, and split them in half, and see which folder is laggy. Keep doing that process until you can figure out which file is specifically doing the folder lag. Process of elimination.

    Try to uninstall MP3Tag, then reinstall it again.

    JAK: Slavic has a really good suggestion. It is most likely one file that's causing this issue. Make a new folder on your Desktop and call it: Test Folder Copy all the mp3s into that folder, this will be the test folder. Take half the files, and put them in a new folder. See which folder lags...
