  1. Solved Killer Networking misbehaving

Killer Provider Data Helper Service disabled in Services. After reboot, there are no more errors and everything seems to be running well in terms of internet connection. Thanks for all your help guys!
  2. Solved Killer Networking misbehaving

It has now recovered. Following Intel's uninstall instructions, they say to search for the Killer Performance Suite under Apps & Features, but all that's there is the Killer Intelligence Center. Previously, I uninstalled all Killer drivers via Device Manager. The app that's causing trouble is...
  3. Solved Killer Networking misbehaving

Yes, I did but there was still no WiFi and Troubleshooter was unable to fix it. When the restore has been completed I will go to this page and run the test to see what updates are available. Surely there are Intel network drivers that don't require the Killer suite?
  4. Solved Killer Networking misbehaving

I uninstalled it and then had no internet, so I couldn't even search out an Intel driver to replace it with. Now, I have Reflect restoring the image I made prior to uninstalling, so things should be as before within a few hours.
  5. Enter key behaving strangely in all browsers (MSI GT73-VR)

I don't have an external keyboard because I only run a couple of laptops. I have discovered however, that if I use the enter key on the RHS of the numerical tablet, it behaves normally, so I guess the keyboard must be defective and I will need to use the other enter key. Thanks for all your...
  6. Enter key behaving strangely in all browsers (MSI GT73-VR)

No errors found, even after a health restore and clean boot. Which driver do I need to replace? I don't think that any of these apply to my Steel Series keyboard.
  7. Enter key behaving strangely in all browsers (MSI GT73-VR)

After opening the on-screen keyboard, the problem instantly stopped. As soon as I closed it again, the problem resumed. It also does it with the mouse disconnected. I will try your other suggestions now and then update this thread.
  8. Solved Killer Networking misbehaving

Following a discussion in another category, I was recommended to create a new post about this specific issue. Basically, my reliability monitor keeps throwing up errors with this Killer application, so I chose to disable it. However, since doing that, now the reliability monitor appears to be...
  9. Solved Windows 10 update fails at 97% every time.

I tried restarting again after disabling the Killer Network service. This time, reliability monitor threw a hissy fit!
  10. Solved Windows 10 update fails at 97% every time.

Since disabling the Killer Network service the app is no longer shown as being available to uninstall. The only one remaining is the Killer Intelligence Center. As Windows manages network functionality, do I even need to have any Killer apps at all?
  11. Solved Windows 10 update fails at 97% every time.

Do you mean a new Reflect image? I have backed up the drivers. Although the latest Nvidia driver was automatically downloaded, I did not click on the install button, so I'm still running the older version, but it won't allow me access to settings or dashboard.
  12. Enter key behaving strangely in all browsers (MSI GT73-VR)

In Word and Notepad, pressing Enter drops a single line as it should, but in any browser it drops 4 lines and I can find no setting that can correct this. It does the same when logged into another profile. Any ideas, please?
