I've been using IObit software (Advanced System Care Pro, Malware Fighter Pro) for years. No issues. But I believe in a layered defense so I also use Defender and Malware Bytes.
Our desktop has several partitions. I inadvertently deleted several folders on one of those partitions. I was able to do a complete restore of those folders within minutes from our iDrive cloud backup.
I've been the recipient of one or two of those over the years. I just do an ordely shut down, wait a few minutes, do a re-start and then run Defender and the other anti-malware suites i have. None have identified any malware.
Our desktop is on Win10 and I have no intention of migrating it to Win11. Perfectly happy with it the way it is. I found and use InControl from Gibson Research. It blocks 'feature upgrades' but not 'security upgrades".

Haven't done that on my Win11 laptop but when I plug in my iPhone 13 into my Win10 desktop I see the phone when I open File Explorer the phone is there but it's not named iPhone. Try that.
