Finish with weird puzzles. I clicked on dismiss and the warning sign is gone. If this has something to do with UAC, yes I disabled it.

Yeah that's what I can find everywhere. It does absolutely nothing. SFC/Scannow found some errors. But I don't know what to do with it. A question: Was it Microsofts intention to destroy my system? I mean, It happens two times after a fresh install. Am I even secured now, or is this unknown?

I tried (from command line) net user administrator /active:yes but changed nothing. But I think I was still the same account who was and is logged in. To add a new user I really have to enter all the account information? Can't I just create a guest user?
