I have had a Microsoft account and login for more years than I care to remember. When my wife had her first laptop, I just used my MS login on her laptop. I have now decided to setup her own account and login. Is there anything I should be aware of to also change? It's probably a silly question...

That is one thing I did not consider.

Thanks wiganken. My defaults are all set to eMclient. You say to choose a contact from eMclient. Do you mean not to choose one from Google Contacts. GC is the only database of contacts that I use. I don't really want to setup contacts in eMclient because that would mean having to service 2...

I use Google Contacts for my records. When I click an email address, a new email opens in Gmail even though my Windows default MAILTO is set for eMclient. Is there any way to force this to use eMclient?

The cams are good quality but the software is very limited. I record to NAS which is hidden from burglars. I would prefer to record to cloud but the costs mount up. I already pay for cloud backup but it's not possible to connect NAS to the same cloud platform. There's a lot to consider.

Can you explain what the issues are with the Windows version please?

I looked at Security Eye but it states it is free download for evaluation. It appears to have a 2 hour recording limit.
