  1. Insider KB5095130 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8772 - July 6

I'm beginning to wonder if this build is all she wrote...;) The cadence has slowed.
  2. Insider KB5095130 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8772 - July 6

26H2 26300.8772... Downloading and installing now. Will come back and comment in the event I have a problem.
  3. Insider KB5095088 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8758 - June 26

OK, Good...) So your final word is that the 8697 Microsoft ISO installed, but then refused to update you with a Cumulative Upgrade through WU? Just curious...;)
  4. Insider KB5095088 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8758 - June 26

I checked my backups, and I CU'ed from 8697 to 8758 without difficulty, through WU. Interesting that you are having a problem moving to 8758. I also CU'ed to 8697, too--it's been awhile since I've worked with a full ISO install package, either from Microsoft or UUP dump. I wonder if your problem...
  5. Insider KB5095088 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8758 - June 26

I noticed the Microsoft ISO download is for 8697, not 8758. But I guess that 8758 is only one CU away after installing 8697 (26H2) build. The Microsoft ISO download site ID's 8697 as 8758 25H2, I noticed.
  6. Insider KB5095088 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8758 - June 26

Works fine here, in 26300.8758...I did notice they changed the location of the switch from its location in the prior build. New location is Personalization/taskbar/taskbar behavior/Taskbar size/-two options-. The two options are "default" and "small".
  7. Insider KB5095088 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8758 - June 26

26300.8758... so far so good. No problerms.
  8. Point-in-time restore for Windows 11 is now generally available

Don't understand the remark...? System restore points cover all of those things automatically--it's inherent in what is always covered by system restore points, otherwise SysRestore points wouldn't be worth very much...;) OEM partitions on the drives for which you have turned on system restore...
  9. Insider KB5095058 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (26H2) build 26300.8697 - June 19

Downloading now...26300.8697 Will add info if necessary for problems encountered. So far, so good.
  10. Insider KB5095027 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (25H2) build 26300.8687 - June 12

26300.8687....downloading...may return with problems or kudos.
  11. Insider KB5089569 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (25H2) build 26300.8553 - May 29

Wow...26300.8553... Just got my Experimental channel feature flag options in today (I guess it took a couple of days since I switched channels), but I am very impressed with them! I disable the ones I don't like/need, and enable the ones I like. I love the new system--seems an all-around big...
  12. Insider KB5089569 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (25H2) build 26300.8553 - May 29

Yes, even on Windows of yore when no one imagined Microsoft would remove that option, the vertical taskbar was always a bit awkward--my favorite is the top placement for the taskbar, and it looks like they've finally decided to get smart and offer taskbar placement as an option!
  13. Insider KB5089569 Windows 11 Insider Experimental (25H2) build 26300.8553 - May 29

Well, I had to check out for myself the new positioning options for the Windows taskbar--and they work fine, so far! I uninstalled StartAllBack (you actually have to uninstall the app & its settings or else the normal Windows taskbar will not behave as expected) when I jumped to the 26300.8553...
  14. Win Update KB5089573 Windows 11 Cumulative Update Preview build 26100.8524 (24H2) and 26200.8524 (25H2) - May 26

Hello, Edwin...;) Longtime no see!...;) (My fault entirely.) OFF-topic comments: I'm not personally selling or pushing SAB--I just happen to like it a lot, and I've seen that you also use it, too. StartAllBack 3.9.23 was recently released (you likely had it even before I did) but it's running...
  15. Win Update KB5089573 Windows 11 Cumulative Update Preview build 26100.8524 (24H2) and 26200.8524 (25H2) - May 26

I'm running 25H2, but you should attempt to run SETTINGS/Windows Update/Advanced options/Recovery/Fix problems using Windows Update ...if 24H2 has that option...that *should repair it* if it is possible in your 24H2 build. It takes a while (longer than a Cumulative Update), but after you run...
