Because the new outlook does not have a way to log out I ran a string and it seemed to remove the contents but not the program.
Can you suggest either a way to permanently and totally delete Windows new in windows 11 or to find another email client on the less expensive side if not free.
For now I am using my browser email which is quite clumsy.

I tried Thunderbird but it does not work with one of my 3 accounts which is Xfinity.

I have not used it and know nothing about it, but BlueMail also touts that it supports modern authentification. BlueMail Pricing Plans

If I don't log out can't others read my mail or why would that option exist with other email programs.
I go to my mail with my browser now and can log in and out there.
