Previously:

24H2 went well over all on my "System 1" unsupported PC

BUT

I am getting one alert every boot and I don't want to disable the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist

Does anyone know how to exclude this driver or find an updated AsIO.sys file?

Apparently it's related to ASUS.

I have nothing from ASUS purposely loaded so I am assuming it was included when I ran a driver or something on my system with my previous 23H2 install.
The Motherboard is 10 years old so no updates are available for the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VI FORMULA support page.

There is nothing in the Optional Updates in windows.

Nope, no Aura

Literally nothing from ASUS installed, not since Windows 10 days.

I suppose I could tick the "Don't show this message again" but it would nag me that the driver is being prevented.

well with nothing installed, im not 100% certain how you got that .sys to begin with... first thing i'd try is installing aisuite 3 and then uninstalling with revo to remove all components.

but @GusGhanem posed a good question.. what audio drivers do you have installed?

is the .sys located at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers?

I will try, I believe the last time I tried windows rejected it. Will try again and come back.
Just removing windows old install files (15GB)

me? no def not. i disabled driver updates many moons ago and have never updated any asus app since initial build of rig.

ASUS PC Probe uses that file, but other ASUS applications may also use it. Sometimes drivers are left behind even after the associated program has been uninstalled. If you can't find any trace of the program using it, just manually delete it to the Recycle Bin. I've had to do that for a few old drivers on one of my old computers are upgrading to 24H2.

yes I also found that before posting but I have never installed ANYTHING ASUS related, not since Windows 10 days so rather confusing.

yeah you may have to temp disable it to do the install/uninstall then re-enable it. wont hurt anything.
