25H2 - Can I still enable Quick Launch (while using StartAllBack)?

Hi all,

I just did a new clean install on a system and just noticed I don't have a context menu option to enable Quick Launch, and as a result, can't enable True Launch Bar. I'm using StartAllBack for some tweaking, but none of the settings there seem to bring back the option either.

Is this a new 25H2 problem or am I missing something?

With StartAllBack, you need to first Unlock the Taskbar to see the Toolbars option.
Once you've created your first Toolbar, it will show from then on, Locked or Unlocked.

I have already done the above just a thought came to mind to ask if any option available in AllStartBack or not thanks for the reply much appreciated !!!
