I have some pictures I need to retrieve from an old cellphone. I paired the phone to my laptop; laptop showing the phone is connected. Then I ask the laptop to receive anything sent to it. To the phone - I send a picture via Bluetooth, but I get an error message: "Send file error. Please select device again." I repeat the 'send' request, more than once, but repeatedly get the same error message, in return. What the heck am I missing? I've checked updates - all fine.
I used the mister's laptop, checking to see if the phone is the problem, as in being too old to share the pictures. It worked on his, so it's not the phone. I just can't do all 72 files, one by one, on his work computer. His computer has Windows 10, mine Windows 11. We both use the same security software, and both are HP, his a Wolf, mine a Victus (which I hate, btw).
Can anyone suggest potential fixes?
