How have you verified it is stable? What stress tests?

If you have a RAM kit without factory overclocking profiles, you can easily improve it.
JEDEC profiles are too conservative.

I'm not a 'pro' to teach anything about life.

Memory IC chips are designed to meet the jdec specs taking into account variation in quality when manufacturing the IC. So it is not that the jdec specs are conservative, but the chip designs need to be in order to meet the specs. Higher speed RAM generally have the same type of ICs but are binned for higher quality and hence can run at higher speed. This means lower rated speed RAM like profileless jdec has lower quality and less margin for overclocking. Also, OC RAM by just increasing the speed some doesn't provide much of a performance improvement. You also have to tighten many individual timings to get much of a real world benefit, and that is tough and really not worth the research and effort required.

Your testing is not really sufficient to ensure RAM stability. Latency checker doesn't test stability at all. That's the hard part and can take a lot of effort - especially with ddr5. And if you don't have stability you eventually will get bitten.
