    I can simply say that I took the red pill and I am not happy with it.
OK, after installing MS Defender Definition Version 1.445.15.0 a few minutes ago I had no issue installing or running 7 Zip ver 26 on three machines including the ARM64 version on one machine. Downloaded from the software site by the way.
