A web site is being very agressive with Pop-ups on many other web sites

I made the mistake a few days ago of looking at a web site called Temu.c**. Seems an ethical enough site and isn't marketing anything questionable though some prices are incredibly low. Since then a lot of other web sites are displaying pop-up adverts for electronic goods available on that site. It markets a huge range of other things but electronics is what I looked at so it seems to have focused on that.
Any way I can stop them?

You don't mention any actions you have tried. Clear your cache and run adwcleaner.

together they keep 99% of ads/popups/new windows from allowing themselves on any website i've ever visited.
