I am with a small church. We have 4 computers running windows 11. When I originally setup the 4 computers for some reason is was told to use an account formatted as follows:

username@churchnameonmicrosoft.com (used username and churchname as an example to protect our privacy)

I had a license for Office365 for 5 users.

After talking to a "support person?" we changed that account to Microsoft365 with me as the administrator of the licenses on the 4 machines. I login as username@churchname.church.

All my files on my laptop are under username@churchnameonmicrosoft.com. When I login as username@churchname.church, I don't see my files, nor do I see my outlook account.

To manage my Microsoft 365 accounts, I use username@church.church. All our billing goes to that username.

I am so confused.

I want all my files and apps to be available when I login in as username@churchname.church. How can I move them from username@churchnameonmicrosoft?

Sorry! This probably doesn't make sense! So confused!
