All Apps list does not list all apps...

As it says on Add or Remove Items in All apps in Windows 11 Start menu, "All Apps is a comprehensive list of shortcuts [...] of all installed apps."

I have more than one installed program that does not appear in the All Apps list. Did I miss something whilst setting up Windows 11 or is there some setting somewhere that will show all installed programs on the All Apps list?

Some apps just unpack into user's folder and do not register with Windows, they do not require admin rights, like TOR.

Yeah you'll have to dig their exe file out of programs or programs x86 and create a shortcut.

If you use CCleaner, it will list ALL your apps. Perhaps the one's which aren't listed within Windows are the one's we "shouldn't" uninstall?

Not true. It is just a matter of how the program is installed. Most programs don't give you such an option during installation, but some do.
