Solved All these folders have appeared that I cannot access. First time I've seen this.

When I click on one of these I get this message.

I've already ran chkdsk and sfc to see if that would help but they still appear. Checked permissions get this greyed out information.

I'm not having any other issues with installing or uninstalling programs. I still get UAC prompts. Nothing seems off except for these links that I can't click.

If you meant the folders with arrows on them, then those are hidden OS files. Checking Hide protected operating system files below should hide them again.
