Is there any good all-in-one password recovery software like NirSoft softwares ?

Recovery from what?
To recover a password the password must be stored somewhere to be recoverable.
If it's stored securely then the recovery is hacking the password, otherwise you should not store it.

Stored in the windows that are saved mostly like on browsers.

Passwords stored in web browser are recoverable only if they're stored, if they're deleted you can't recover them.

There is nirsoft tool for this.

But I don't think there is AIO tool because a bunch of programs store passwords each in it's own way.

Nirsoft's pwd recovery is the oldest pwd recovery program, I remember it since 10+ years ago.

It will be hard to find anything that is better or more reliable and trusted.
It's however very easy to find password stealers that present them self as "recovery" tools, so be careful.
