Any way to lower the UI scaling below 100% in Windows 11 23H2?

The reason I want to do so is because I have a little device called mClassic. And I want to try it out which requires setting the desktop resolution to 720p. But when I do that, it makes the Windows UI huge everywhere. I know how to make desktop icons smaller, I know how to make web pages smaller, I know how to make taskbar and its icons smaller. The problem however comes when I want to use other apps. I don't want the apps looking like 33% larger as well, discord for example. I am aware it might not have a perfection outcome, but I would like to try it out. But it seems like even the registry edits nobody mentions allowing it below 100% scaling.

Welcome to Eleven Forum.

I believe there was a long topic about this on here or on Ten Forums.

I seem to remember, that going below 100% scaling is impossible.
Even when editing the registry directly.

answers.Microsoft - scaling below 100%

And it seems there's a tutorial for this...

You CAN get close to a 720p monitor though...

Or 720p televisions...

BUT... you'll have the same problem that you mentioned in post #1.

But when I do that, it makes the Windows UI huge everywhere

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
I appreciate all this info. Yeah, big (normal sized) UI really bothers me lol, so even a 720p monitor wouldn't work, even @1080p I use Windhawk to make things smaller and always zoom out on pages, so 720p making things giant is just that much worse than if I was stuck with default. I keep hoping someone makes some software that can shrink everything. I'm worried if I do a registry edit that something really weird can happen because so many articles, posts and threads says that its not possible to go below 100%

I wonder if there is some kind of software that can detect other things running and then manually switch the resolution, and then switch back when it closes. Probably doesn't exist due to most games having ingame settings to change that stuff. So I guess I can just manually do it if I enjoy it enough.
