Need to find an App to change or alter the order, of the audio and subtitle track in MP4, without remuxing
Have a very simple one for mkv, but won't work with MP4.

Hoped vlc player would do this, but just saves the changes for use within vlc player.

possible solution -- change the mp4 to mkv. loads of programs can do that. I don't know whether that requires a re-mux.
presumably there are also loads of video editing programs around that can do what you want.
