Why does Apple Devices app stall at the Verifying iPad Restore message in the beginning of a restore leaving iPad stuck in recovery mode if I try to restore the iPad while running Windows 11 24H2. I tried iTunes after uninstalling all three new iTunes replacement apps and tried the restore and it crashes in the beginning of the restore also leaving the iPad in recovery mode and unable to get out of recovery mode and the faulting dll is objc.dll. The only other option is to use iMazing, Windows 11 23H2 or take the iPad to the Apple Store. I had to buy iMazing software to sucessfully restore the iPad while running Windows 11 24H2. I have not had any issues with Windows 23H2 or earlier but it's too late because I overwrite the 23H2 installer USB with the 24H2 media creation tool and did a clean install. I can't go back to 23H2 because I no longer have 23H2 on the installer USB because the media creation tool formats the USB drive and makes it bootable with 24H2 installer. 23H2 is no longer available to download from Microsoft. The only other option available is to find someone that has an older version of Windows to do the restore or take the iPad to the Apple Store and have them do a restore but they may charge a fee if I don't have AppleCare protection.
