Windows 11/Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021
Hello! I would like to know if anyone has a similar error to me. I have already tried all available versions of windows 11 (now 23H2 22631.2715), but I have the same error in all of them! It manifests itself in the way that after opening the "start" menu and right-click mouse on the icon of my account, the start menu "falls"!And lest I forget, I don't have a supported processor (I meet all other requirements).Can someone help me? Thank you.

You need to specify your system specs in your profile please.

By your own admission, you have a CPU that won't run Win11.
I'm afraid that's about all there is to say.

Open a command prompt as Administrator and run these commands, one at a time.
Wait for one command to finish, before you start the other command.

sfc /scannow

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hello! Thank you for the answers. Of course, the first thing that occurred to me was that I don't have a supported processor. However, the system as such works "normally" except for this one sporadic error.But I don't want to believe that the AMD Ryzen 3 2300X model, which is just one step higher, shouldn't have problems. That is the way it is. CPUs are either supported or they are not.
The digital world is either 0 or 1 for now, there is no middle ground, whatever you refuse or want to believe is irrelevant sadly.

The broker .dll is a pass thru for many .dlls (like a menu pointer, therefore its name).
What the OP is giving us is just one event log entry, I am sure there are others more relevant to the issue.

In the end, I solved it by replacing the original start menu with the third-party application "start11" from Stardock Systems. P.S.: When choosing the appearance "windows11 style", everything is fully functional and I like that right-clicking does not work there and therefore does not cause problems.😊

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
I have Upgraded 2 older Notebooks that came with Win8, got 8.1 on them then 10 and now Win11, one Pro and one Home. Neither meet the INSTALL requirements for the CPU and TPM but I did the Upgrade using the single-file tweak from the Internet and they run fine after the Upgrade. Only issue in several weeks is the Home version pops up a message for Windows Security about no TPM being found. As for 'older' the Pro 15" is I bought in 2013 and the Home 17" was given me for parts but I fixed, don't know it's age.
