An issue I having been having with my monitor is that it randomly changes it diminess/brightness when browsing or changing to different applications. Example when I created an indentation on a previous thread the monitor dimmed darker. I have tried disabling Auto HDR on windows 11 settings but it doesn't help the issue. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

My Samsung XL2370 is dimming when nothing is open on the desktop, and also when I have "X" (Twitter) open in the browser, but not when ElevenForum is the active window. VERY STRANGE. This is a new Omnidesk HP Computer....but the monitor is the same I used with the prior HP computer. It never dimmed over the past 8 years. Not until it was mated to this new desktop. Doesn't seem to be any "auto dimming" feature anywhere in the Windows-11 settings. ANY ADVICE? -Allen
