Asus x570 f gaming sound problems Razer kraken chroma 7.1 v1

I am asking this for a friend
Racer kraken croma 7.1 v1 and a amd asus rog stix x570-f gaming and he has problem with the sound
which driver is best for him is there anyone who
know this

Hi,

He have an ASUS ROG SS3|DTS Sound Unbound motherboard, so :

He need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek Audio (Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx/7xx & AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx).

He need to follow scrupulously his CLEANUP process then his INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, he will can directly follow his UPDATE process.


About his Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma v1 headphones it can either be connected by USB and in this case it uses its own drivers via Razer Synapse, or it can be connected by 3.5 mm jack and in this case it uses his motherboard audio drivers/controller.
