As promised to report on my finding about this issue (see my thread above), my suggestion is to regularly check for Windows updates and hope MS releases a fix soon.
I did a thorough testing with fresh installed system and can with certainty say it's not driver issue but rather an issue with the OS itself, specifically 23H2.
Please run winver.exe from start menu and take a screenshot and share it here to confirm you have 23H2 installed.
