I have similar reasons for the headphones. I like the Sennheiser's for classical guitar and other classical music. The FiiO's have far more bass, so those are for the wide array of rock genres I listen to. They also keep out a lot more noise, so when my wife is watching a movie on rockets or war movies at full volume, I can still hear my music. Both are comfortable, but the opened-back Sennheiser's breathe more, so my ears don't sweat. The Bose are also good for bass and moving around the house or in the yard. I don't like the earpads on the Bose, though. The faux leather is flaking, they're a little too small for my ears, and they're hot. But they're mobile and have the built in mic, so I keep them. I'm content with the sound I get out of my headphones, so I'm probably never going to need another pair unless one of the pairs I have breaks.
The two corded headphones I have don't pinch as much as the Bose, so I can wear them for prolonged periods of time while wearing my glasses, fortunately!
