Autofill - previous entry deletion

It seems no longer possible to remove individual unwanted autofill entries in Edge. I know they can all be cleared through Privacy, Search and Services in Settings, but some of mine are useful and I want to keep them. I just want to clear the clutter of the historic accidental and unwanted ones as they arise. It used to be possible to just take the Shift/Delete option whilst hovering over the unwanted entry and this is still possible in Chrome, but not in Edge which I had understood to be Chromium based.

Has anyone discovered a workaround for this or is there any extension or third party app that might help?

Thanks

I don't know of any existing solution; however, Chrome, Firefox and Edge for sure all store their user data within SQLITE databases within your user profile. In theory it should be possible to create a script given the argument of a URL domain etc and have it prune that entry from said SQLITE database

Also could simply use a SQLITE explorer utility like sqliteman to open said database, find the row and delete it

Thanks - how do I edit the SQLITE database and at what Windows location is the autofill data stored?

This isn't an answer to your question, as I have not used my browser's autofill for many years. This is just an FYI.
With as much hacking as is going on now, I urge everyone I know to stop storing their information in their browsers.
Use a password manager.

I use DB browser for SQLite.
You will have to select the file Web Data to be open with that program after making sure the browser is closed.
