This is a conversation I just had with my Bank AI:
Me: How do I see more than one month's transactions on my account?
Bank AI: You want to see your transactions - is that correct?
Me: No
AI: Please reword so I understand.
Me: I can only see 1 months transactions. How do I see more?
AI: You want to see your transactions - is that correct?
Me: I told you no - I want to see more than 1 months transactions.
AI: Please reword so I understand.
Me: You are useless and should be exterminated.
AI: I am hurt you feel that way. (seriously that was the response as if AI had feelings LOL)
Me: Put me though to a human
AI: Please explain your issue?
Me: Are you suffering Alzheimers disease as I have explained it several times?
AI: Please reword so I understand.
Me: Do you remember me asking you to put me through to a human?
AI: Please reword so I understand.
After a zillion attempts, I got through to a human, and I started with initial question:
How do I see more than one month's transactions on my account?
and got a satisfactory answer in less than 20 seconds (probably nearer 10).
