BAT FILE NOT RUNNING IN MY WINDOWS 11

When i try open any file or drive through cmd prompt its shows
"is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file"

Start by verifying that you can run the batch file from the folder in which it is located. Type in path_to_batch_file\h.bat.

Example: C:\MyFolder\h.bat

As an alternative, you could change to the location of the batch file and then try to run it. As an example, if the batch file is located on C:\MyFolder, do this:

C:
cd \MyFolder
h.bat

If that works, then the problem is simply that the batch file is not in your path. You need to either specify the full path to the file as we just did, or add it to the path so that it can be found without the need to specify the full path to the file.

If that does not help, report back and we'll explore other possibilities.

EDIT: If you were trying to change drive letters when you typed "h", you need to add a colon like this:

It's been a while, but I think you have to right click the batch file and choose: Unblock ...at lower right.

The reason you are getting an error for sqlplus not found is that the path in your environment variables is not set for sqlplus.
So windows does not know where it is.
You need to find where sqlplus is located and then you have 3 options: choose one of the following.
1 -Copy & Run the batch file from that location.
2- Edit the batch file using the fully qualified path of sqlplus.
3- Modify your environment variables to include the location of sqlplus.

I still don't think you have the path correct. For the 02.bat file, are you SURE that this file is in te OneDrive folder? If it is on your desktop, don't use the onedrive folder. More typically, you would want to use C:\Users\YourUserName\Desktop\02.bat.

To double-check this, navigate to that folder first, like this:

CD \Users\iruba\onedrive\desktop

then run this command:

dir 02.bat

If it cannot find a file called 02.bat, then you are simply referencing the wrong path.

As for SQLPLUS, OAT has already commented on that.

If you look at the screenshot, it's not it can't find 02.bat,
the error refers to an .sql file as it can't find SQLplus.
The OP is trying to run an SQL query.
So, either SQL is not installed or not in his environment variables.
